A Special Announcement

On June 15, 2009 Covercraft Industries, Inc. entered into an agreement to purchase most of the assets of Global Accessories, Inc., specifically Wolf™ Automotive, Powersports and Marine Covers, LeBra® Front End Masks, DashMat® Dashboard Covers, Premier® Floor Mats, Gator Net® and Spidy Gear® Cargo Web product lines. Global's Downey Products and LeBra Tonneau Covers product lines were NOT included in the purchase.

This acquisition complements and expands our core business, which has always focused on providing quality protective softgoods for the automotive and related markets.

The dust hasn't settled yet, but we are already making progress with this transition and appreciate your patience while we continue to ramp-up production on Global Accessories product lines.

Thanks for your continued support,
Marty Lichtmann
